Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for various cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Conduct heavy lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
• Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces, ensuring all facilities are presentable and welcoming.
• Provide custodial services that include restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with basic facilities maintenance as required to ensure operational efficiency.

  Requirements

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate power tools safely.
Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and efficiently.
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in all cleaning duties.
